​Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must meet all the following: Currently enrolled in high school/home schooled attending school in Western Pennsylvania.  Within the past 4 academic years, and has received a high school diploma or expecting to receive a high school diploma during the current academic year.  Academic Requirements. Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited healthcare-related major, such as: Nursing (RN, BSN, LPN), Pre-Medicine / Biology, Public Health, Health Administration, Medical Technology / Laboratory Science, Physical or Occupational Therapy, or any other approved healthcare discipline. Must have, and be able to verify, a minimum GPA of 3.0. Must be attending (or accepted into) a community college, university, or accredited healthcare program.
