Hello and welcome to the Helen’s Heroes website! For those of you who are unfamiliar with us, Helen’s Heroes began about 5 years ago, starting out as a circle. A circle of family surrounding a woman in the prime of her life, newly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, with love and unending support.
